Home Tab Commands

The Home tab contains common commands, such as copying, pasting, importing, and exporting.

Paste	Insert clipboard contents into the document
Paste Special	Insert clipboard contents into the document with formatting options
Copy	Copy an object to the clipboard
Cut	Cut the selected object to the clipboard
Delete	Deletes the selected object in the Plot Window
Copy All Layers	Copies all information from the map layers to the clipboard
Copy to Another Layer	Copies selected objects from the active Layer to another map Layer
Move to Another Layer	Moves selected objects to another map Layer
Undo	Undo the last action
Redo	Redo the previously undone action
View	Opens the active layer's worksheet data
Load	Loads a data file into the active layer
Reload	Reloads the worksheet from the saved version. Only available in the worksheet window.
Digitize	Writes map coordinates to a data file
Reproject Data File(s)	Reprojects coordinates in data file or files
Contents	Displays help for the MapViewer program
Tutorial	Provides a link to the tutorial introduction
Automation	Provides a link to the Scripter Object Hierarchy help page
Commands	Provides a link to the MapViewer commands help page
Search	Input field for the Find command
Find	Opens the Find Object dialog, Selects object matching Search field, only available from the Plot Window
Find Next	Selects the next object meeting the Find command criteria, only available from the Plot Window
