Each layer can contain only one thematic map, but you can place different thematic map types on different layers within a single map window. To create a drawing with several thematic maps, you must use a new layer for each thematic map type. The dialog displays a list of all layers in the map. The order of the layers in the list coincides with the order the layers are drawn. The layer at the top of the list appears on top of all other layers when drawn.
Create a new layer or lock an existing layer with the Layer commands in the Map tab. Arrange layers in the Object Manager or the Move commands in the Arrange tab.
