Line properties are specified using the syntax:
"Color" "Style" Width

Color |
The line color name. See Colors for details. |

Style |
The style of the line as it appears in the dialog line style palette. The name must be enclosed in double quotes. |

Width |
The width of the line in thousandths of an inch (mils). This should not be enclosed in quotes. |

"R0 G255 B50" ".1 in. Dash" 10
