MapViewer GSB Files

Golden Software Boundary [.GSB] files contain geographic data in a binary format. This format includes areas, curves, points, primary IDs, and other ID's associated with each boundary. The [.GSB] format uses map coordinates and includes projection information. However, this spatial file format does not preserve fill, line, or symbol properties. If you want to save a map as it exists on the screen, you must use the File | Save or File | Save As commands to save the map in [.GSM] format.

To load a boundary file use the File | Import command, use the Map | Base Map command, click the image\basetool.gif button, or select a map type. To save a boundary file, use the File | Export command.
