Resizing is to change the size of an object. Dragging a corner handle changes the size proportionally, while dragging a side handle changes the size unproportionally. Dragging a handle into the area or symbol reduces the size of the area or symbol. Dragging a handle away from the area or symbol makes it larger. See resize.
